All of our partnered warehouses are located within Australia, either in Victoria or New South Wales. This depends on the levels of stock and demand.
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You may receive your tracking number shortly after your order is confirmed; however, please note that tracking updates may not show movement during this initial processing period.
Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to help get each item to you faster. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers where applicable.
